“Beetzilla” on the Chopping Block

Ilona has confirmed that her giant beet, aptly named “Beetzilla”, is a Chioggia beet.

She has cooked it up and made marinated beets to share with all of her Storey co-workers at today’s bench dedication ceremony (more to come on that subject soon!).
