Video: Paula Marcoux Cooks with Fire

If you’ve ever roasted a marshmallow over a campfire, you already know a little something about the thrill of cooking with fire (and perhaps also something about the disappointment of losing your food to the flames).

In this video from PCN Community News, Paula Marcoux, author of the forthcoming Cooking with Fire, prepares delicious foods from English muffins to roasted vegetables, baked beans to flip, and demonstrates the rewards of cooking using ancient technology that connects people to history, across countries and cultures.
