Participants get to tour and help out on the farm then come back to the kitchen where we will cook up and taste delicious, easy, seasonal dishes that you can make at home. A great way to learn more about sustainable agriculture and how you can support it with your fork! This month we’ll be focusing on nightshades and some terrific ways to enjoy them.
