Great interview. I'm always looking for ways to preserve what's growing now for the dark days of winter. My favorite recipe in Sherri's book is the spicy pickled carrots. Beth, while NJ is called the Garden State, I think that over the last few years, CT has pulled ahead in farm stands and farmers markets.
I agree Sophie, CT is more rural than people think!
