Last year we ventured into raising chickens for eggs.
We built a huge garden and this year are planting it full of things to eat and to preserve for the fall/winter.
We also have bought a cow with my in-laws for our beef this year.
I would love to go to this! Our family is learning more and more each year on how to be self sustainable and just like Missy, we too have chickens and a HUGE garden. I would love to expand out knowledge and learn even more ways to be self sustaining! :)
Would love to go! We live in Puyallup and are ready to attend and learn more.... hoping for great tips on beekeeping. We raise our own chickens, large garden... thouroghly enjoy canning.

Any chance you have more tickets available? We have a small flock of chickens we raised from 5 day old chicks, an organic garden, rain barrels (even for the coop) & are replacing the existing landscape with native plants. Really would love to go to the fair!
