Chick Days Giveaway: Pfaltzgraff Rooster Sugar & Creamer Set

MyPetChicken.com has partnered with Storey Publishing to celebrate Chick Days. Every day of our Chick Day Eggstravaganza, MyPetChicken.com will be giving away a chicken-inspired gift!

All you have to do to enter is write a short response to each giveaway post. We will pick one winner at random for each giveaway posted, and we will announce the week's winners on Fridays — be sure to check back to Inside Storey each day!

Today's giveaway is the Pfaltzgraff Rooster Sugar & Creamer Set.

Let us know why you would like to win this gift, if you own chickens, or if you want to raise chickens; give us your favorite chicken or egg recipe or tell us a funny chicken story; or just say “hello.” But remember, you must post to be entered to win.

We look forward to your responses!

Happy Chick Days from your friends at Storey Publishing & MyPetChicken.com.

My youngest chicks spent the night in the coop for the firsy time last night. My babies are growing up!

We are having terrible storms in my neck of the woods today. The sun came out for a little while and when it did, I got a call from USPS telling me that my chickens were ready to pick up! We now have 6 teeny chicks in the brooder. 2 Silkies, 2 Salmon Faverolles and 2 Silver Cuckoo Marans.
Yay!!

I love my chickens so much! They are so cute and entertaining. My four year old autistic son can spend hours amusing himself by watching them.

...and they make eggs.

We have nine little chicks...our very first flock! What amazes me is how preciously perfect each one is and how quickly they are growing. They are only five days old, but already they are such a part of our family. My favorite thing is when they fall asleep and you can see them breathing so gently and peacefully. The rooster creamer and sugar set is perfect because in our backyard, we can't have any roosters! They might as well be on the dishes!

The more I learn about industrial chicken farming, the less I want to eat eggs! I can't raise chickens where I live but want to find a local supplier of ethical eggs.
